Penile Discharge

A couple of weeks ago I developed a shooting pain from my penis towards my belly button that lasted one day. Also on that day I started to get a discharge from my penis resembling semen which has never stopped from that day. The discharge is very small in nature. I had lab work done for STDs and the only thing that came back positive was Herpes 1 (cold sores). My HSV Igm 1 & 2 came back inconclusive with a reading of 0.97. Is this possible because of another type of infection? Thank you in advance.

I'm 31. I woke up one morning to find a white discharge lying in the opening of my penis. That entire day I had pain that shot from inside the shaft into my lower abdomen. The next day, I had no pain but still had a discharge an still do to this day that is mainly clear white some white tint at times and resembles semen. I have pain now and then but is very seldom inside the penis. My phsysician recommended a STD work up as I have never had one before. My results came back today and the HSV Igm 1&2 came back later in the day. Physician was thinking about starting a trial of antibiotics at first since I still have those symptoms previously mentioned. Then she changed her mind whn that lab came back inconclusive saying she wanted to wait to see what the next lab in 2 weeks will say.

Hi and welcome. The pain to your belly button sounds like  a pulled muscle. Did you lift something heavy around that time? Regard to the semen, it could be a semen leak. With over masturbation, sometimes it affects the shut valve and is called semen leakage. Why do you think this is STD related? If  you not getting results answers that you want, maybe its time to see a uroligist for some testing as could also be connected to your prostate. How old are you?
