Swolllen Red Urethera

Alright guys. This is very embarrassing, but for the last month or so my uretheral opening has been very red. I don't think I've had any other symptoms besides it being red, sometimes even blood red. Throughout the day I've been checking, and it changes colors. For example, if I'm casually going about my day and check it may be a little red or slightly swollen, and sometimes it even looks normal. But after sexual intercourse or masturbation it gets very red around the urethera. Also, my urethera seems to spread open way more than it used to. It honestly looks like it has been ripped open more somehow? I'm in a steady relationship but received oral from a girl about 2 months ago before that. As far as I know she was clean, and I've asked her current boyfriend (my friend) if he has any Symptoms but he says she's definitely clean. I'm not ruling out an STD though, im just very nervous to get it checked. I'm also thinking it could possibly be a yeast infection? The skin at the bottom of my urethera is white and flakey sometimes. And I'm afraid one day I picked at it pretty bad and I'm afraid that could also possibly caused trauma to it to make it red and swollen. So that's it guys. The urethera sometimes gets very red, the lips get a little swollen, and the skin at the bottom is kinda crusty/hard/white, and also the tip kinda stays wet sometimes. I have no idea if it's discharge or what?  No other symptoms of itch, or pain, or burning while urinating. Does anybody have any type of idea what this probably is?

Hi, what your describing is not a symptom of any std and that area is supposed to be red as is full of blood. I think continually checking it an pulling it open may be causing the area to be more red than usual.
I think  the affair you had 2 months back maybe causing anxiety from guilt.
