Please help

I received oral from an unknown status person who claimed to be disease free but doesn't return my emails now. A day or two after I felt irritation around meatus and became concerned. After 4 days I took a std panel test for Gono, chlamydia, herpes 1 and 2 igg, and hiv 1 and 2 antibody. All came back negative. Went to gp a couple of days later and did urinalysis which was clear but gave me 10 day script for cipro just in case. After taking the cipro my stomach/ lower abdominal hurt and there was testicle pain. Went back and he said he didn't see anything (sores or lesions) but per request gave me an igm herpes test around 3 weeks which was negative. Around 4 weeks I had an all around blood and thyroid test done which was normal except a little high in potassium and carbon dioxide. Later in the fourth week I took an RNA early detection HIV test which came back negative as well. My gp then sent me to a urologist who twice ran a urinalysis and once physically expanded me by prostate check. He said there was no infection and chalked it up to prostatedonyea. At just over 11 weeks with the symptoms coming and going in intensity I took another std panel test for Gono, chlamydia, herpes 1 and 2 igg, hiv antibody 1 and 2, syphilis, and hep A B and C. All were negative again. Only thing that mostly remained was irritated meatus and around 5 1/2 months took another hiv antibody 1 and 2 test which was negative. Now at just over 6 months I ordered diflucan because I thought it was yeast, considering my penis hurt more if I took hot showers especially if I soaked in baths. I also started taking a probiotic which seems to be helping somewhat. My concern is that I had swollen glans in my neck around 3 or 4 months after and the right glan has stayed swollen. It was hard to swoll ow for a week but now my neck just feels sore sometimes. I checked today( two days into the diflucan) and the back of my throat and roof of my mouth have a yellow tint. Does anyone know what this could be? And should I retest for syphilis or hiv? Or is 11+ week post exposure syphilis test and 5 1/2 hiv antibody test good? If you've read this thank you and please help, I don't have the money to throw away going back and forth to doctors

From oral, doubt it would be either of those.

Thanks life. I'm on my third day of diflucan and it feels like it's getting a little better. Do you think there is a possibility that it could be something like mycoplasma or ureaplasma, or is that something that could have been picked up by the urinalysis?

Topical penis irritations from oral sex are most often fungal related and if this is what it is, would need some antifungal cream to aide in it going away. Your topical irritations is not a symptom of any std esp having it for the last 6 months. By the way, if does not take much constant touching to keep irritating your penis head. Maybe your causing it yourself.
