Did I catch an STD from this encounter?

I visited an massage parlor and got a massage, I was naked the whole time and my penis was touching the towel that I was laying on. After the massage she gave me a handjob with the massage oil and I ejaculated into her towel that she covered my penis head with when it was time. After, she washed my penis with a wet towel. Any chance of catching HIV/STD from this encounter? I am scared to death, do I need to get tested for this encounter?
I was thinking possible HIV from the oil going in my uretha, or any other STDs from a towel that was not washed and reused from previous customers?

Its not possible for the towel to have std bacteria from previous customer that she rubbed on my penis? Ive been feeling very down and tired for the past two days ever since I got it. Even weird bowel movement. However, I suggest its from anxiety and overthinking the situation
