Possible STD...Penile skin condition

Hi, basically I have been dealing with a multitude of problems...not sure if they are all in my head. I have been sexually active with very questionable partners, but have used a condom in all instances (although one time it did come off and I proceeded). My penis head seems to be different from before...for about a year now I have started to notice there are spots on my penis head which are discolored...not raised or anything. Ocassioanlly, but rarely, I notice a very very small amount of clear discharge after I urinate. I have read online that it is my body releasing some type of fluid from previous or built up sexual arousal.

I am mainly concerned about my penis head because of the discolorations and it seems a lot more wrinkled than it was before. Is this a symptom of any STD or some type of skin disorder? I have not been able to locate any information on the internet. Also, are there any types of STDs that would have this type of effect on my penis head.

Thanks for the help...I really appreciate it

So you want someone on this forum to play Dr instead of going to a real Dr? You posted on Nov 28th and it is now Dec 9th...why not see a Dr?

That sounds like what I have. I don't know what it is or how to possibly treat it. Do you have any ideas? This really concerns me. Thanks

I have essentially the same condition as you......very, very wrinkled skin on the head and very small white circles (not raised but simple discolorations at four different spots.....they seem more pronounced at different times.....I've found that when I am in the shower, they are very distinct). I have the added bonus of having notably pinkness around the urethral opening and a lot of sensitivity when my penis rubs against my underwear. I contracted NGU and this problem began 4 weeks after that (with no new exposures). I also have the issue of having discharge-like stuff after urinating. Have you found anything that helps? Do you have sensitivity around the coronal edge?

Im not sure if yours is the same...i have noticeable wrinkles at times, not sure what is relates too. The main thing I notice, however, are small spread out white circles of discoloration. Any ideas of what this could be?

hey evan, i think i may have the same problem as you!!

i started with red dots, they have disappeared and now its just a little red in the middle section of the glans, top to bottom.
Whenever my penis is not wet, it dries up at random times and gets awfully wrinkled/shiny/dry.

i can pinch and hold a tiny bit of the wrinkles also.. i am very concerned about this, is yours the same?
thanks, harley

probably it's just normal and you are paying too much attention to your skin. if anything, perhaps it's a little dry.

No, I've never been tested for STDs, but do you have any idea what the skin discoloration on my penis head could be?

That is not a symptom of a STD, see a Dr if concerned.
Have you ever tested for STD's? If not this would be a good time to start.
