hey Guys i really dont know what i could have and im looking for answer or ideas before i get testes. I have recently notice a red rash on my testicles when i put it towards a light i can see that it is pink more then red. Both sides appear to be pinkish and it itches now and again. There is however a line down the middle that appears normal, also the red pinkish rash is on the backside on my penis, the rash almost looks like the skin that has been burned, it looks pinkish and almost scarrish, i also have a white substance semen looking thing whenever i wake up from sleeping, i wash it off and it goes away the white semen looking thing appear to form on my foreskin and i wash that off and new whitish thing appears, doesn't burn or anything. The tip of my head has a red rash that looks like it has or appear to be wrinkling, when i pull it back it appears to reddish and not smooth if i pass my fingers through it, this as well does not itch, i have googled and dont see any images or signs of any STD that causes these symptoms, i dont knwo what it could be any help would be great. I was also told it might be a fungal infection if so should i see a dermo, or an std clinic to get cream or whatever i need to get this problem solved.

My guess is yeast or fungial...see a regular Dr and let him/her refer you if they think it is necessary.
