Problems after fellatio

Dear doctor,

I'll try to be brief. I received unprotected blowjob from stripper 6 weeks ago. Totally drunk, first "mistake" in 20 years marriage, it was totally unplanned. I had strong feeling of guilt, but I did not even realize that there are some STD concerns.

Well, I stated googling and of course panicked. I immediately took (expired) doxy, first 200, and than 5 days 2 x 100. No symptoms appeared, but I have avoided sex with my wife for 2 weeks ("fortunately" I had an excuse - sport injury). After 2 weeks we had sex and of course - next days symptoms appeared as slight burn after (not during) urination and more frequent urge tu urinate. Absolutely no discharge. Nothing spectacular, but I wanted to kill myself. After 5 days I made urine test for chlamydia and gonorrhoea and it came back negative. The problems continued, so I visited my personal doctor (also good friend, but also my wife's doctor) and explained him everything. He said there is nothing to worry about and that I should do normal urine test (Stanford or something like that), but refused to give me additional antibiotics. Test came back negative, but while waiting for the results my symptoms became worse, so I took amoxicillin I had from my previous journey. After 4 days treatment I was 95% ok, but occasionally symptoms came back, twice really strong. Still, no discharge. Well, now I am 5 days without any symptoms and I feel really good. Except from the first sex with my wife after 2 weeks (and a day before first symptoms appeared) we only had protected sex with a condom (I told my wife about some problems and doctor's advice to use condoms due to sensitivity of my penis - he really advised that). As mentioned, I am now fine, but I an again scared as **** as my wife told me that she has some itching inside her vagina. Nothing spectacular, only itching, no pain when urinating and no discharge. She believes that this is caused by condoms (we do not use condoms now for 15 years). Besides that I have (after daily careful inspection of my penis) noticed couple of white spots bellow head of my penis. It looks exactly as pearly penile papules. But I am freaking out. I have also noticed very tiny white pimple (only twice, I can not see it any more) near/on my anus.

I would be grateful for your answers to the following questions:

1.Is it possible for warts in initial phase look like PPP?
2. What are in practice chances to get warts from blowjob?
3.Would warts appear as soon as 5 weeks after exposure?
4. Would it be in practice possible to have anal wart from blowjob 5 weeks after exposure with no wars on penis?
4. How likely is to have HSV-2 if there are no symptoms after 6 weeks?
5. How efficient would be 6 days treatment with expired doxy?
6. Could this cause false urine test even if at the time of test symptoms were present?
7. After additional amoxicillin treatment (not immediately) I am now well. Would it be possible that any disease is only dormant?
8. AND OF COURSE AND MOST IMPORTANT Do you believe that I have passed any of the potential diseases (none of them diagnosed) to my wife with one time unprotected sex after doxy treatment and day before symptoms appeared and 6 days before I made STD test ?
9. Would my wife have such symptoms (itching somewhere deep in vagina, without pain at urinating) by getting  chlamydia or gonorrhoea?
10. AND LASTLY What should I do? I have no excuse any more to use condoms? Should I try to persuade my wife to take antibiotics and use my doctors’ advise that this is recommended also for NSU in both partners?
Please help me as I am freaking out and I am having worst time of my life, problems normally working in my stressful work and being totally depressed. I know I made a mistake, but I can not tell this to my wife. She’s not suspicious and fully trust me and I believe that she never had any thoughts that my problems (or hers) might be STD. But if I tell her, my perfect life could easily be over. Because of one single mistake.

Thanks a lot (an sorry for my English – I am not native speaker).
Best regards, M

Hi you are really over reacting about this as recieving oral is very low risk activity. You can rule out warts as to get HPV the giver would need to have an active mouth wart and having oral HPV is very rare so put that thought behind you.
Chlamydia is not know to be oral and if she had oral gono she would not be giving you oral sex as she would have a sore throat from the infection. This leaves us with herpes and if she did not have any lip sores its close to zero risk to get it.
lastly is syphilis and again if she did not have any lip sores its zero risk and her having oral syphilis is rare anyway as is almost always genital..

thanks Life360-Dave. I do however still have some symptoms, and they are not only "in my head". Not all the time, but it can start during the day, with some more frequent urinating and slight burning. What do you believe this might be. I read that mycroplasma is almost immposible to catch from oral? It's driving me crazy and has ruined my life. I can of course deal with the symptoms, but i am terrified to tell my wife.
