itchy penis skin

hi,

i received unprotected oral sex but protected vaginal sex with a prostitute about 7 weeks ago.
3 days ago my penis skin started itching and when i closely examined it is having tiny red spots which looks like a rash.(it does not look like it is a canker sore)

also, i do not have burning sensation when peeing or irregular peeing cycle.

is this something i should be concern about?

Still something to see a Dr about, does not sound STD related.

See a Dr. Bumps and things like that can be many things often not a STD, but only a Dr can tell you what it is.
