Rash size of quarter last for several weeks 5+ skin turns red PLEASE HELP

I had was having protected sex for the most part at the start of this year with one girl. I used a condon almost always but i didnt one night but it wasnt for long it just felt good. Anyway weeks later i got a rash on my testicles. I wasnt sure how long it took to get there it was bumpy and itched very bad.

One day i brushed the back of my hand against my  testicles and weeks later maybe 3 weeks later i developed a rash on the back of my hand. It was redish and it made the texture of my skin elevate and change it wasnt blister like but it was red and one rash the size of a quarter i guess not many bumps no pain at all but in the prime of the rash if i rub the skin gently it feels like the texture is different a little rougher then normal.. The rash will spread to certain places i touch on my body. But not everywhere. I tocuhed the rash with my fingers and it didnt spread there. It started at the testicles and then one day after i mastubated it seemed to have gotten on around the head of my penis on the sides of it, then weeks later on the back of my hand  and now on my cheek on my face.  I laid my head on my hand while i was sleeping. I think it took five weeks after touching my face for a rash to appear. I speculate that it will last about 5 weeks or more as thats what seemed to happen to the other rashes they last a very long time. What does this rash sound like it is? Could it be a sexually transmitted disease and if so which ones sound most likely? I asked my girlfriend she claims she has been tested and is free but i dont trust her now. Someone i knew kept saying i shouldnt trust her but i couldnt tell if they were lying or joking. They are no longer here now and i cant ask them anymore and i felt embarrassed to say well i do have a rash thats spreading now maybe you are right. The rash takes time to appear and and it takes a really long time to go away several weeks. The rash has not appeared in any of the same spots infection order was testicles then around the penis head, then back of the hand and now my left cheek all rashes where one rash NOT several locations or groups of  rash or bumps.  The one on my testicles itched and no where else seems to itch. BY the time one rash goes away the other rash appears just a few weeks after the last one vanishes.

The rash has Not showed up in the same spot again yet. It has been since end of last year since i received this rash. There is no pain on the rashes. Does NOT appear to have any puss, blisters, bumps. But is red skin texture is certainly different even to the touch. Spreads only to sensitive areas. Itches mildly from time to time the worst being on the  testicles and least with each other outbreak.

I agree with Vance.  No STD causes this sort of thing and it has nothing to do with any sexual contact.  I also doubt you're spreading it around your body by touching the affected parts.  Probably it's not an infection but some other kind of dermatitis.  See your doctor.
