Really small, painless or itchless white dot on penis head.

Hello to all the doctors and people on this site.
(sorry for some bad sentence mistakes or grammar mistakes, my first language is french so every now and then there might be a spelling or syntax error sorry about that)

About 3 months ago, I've had what i'd call a "shaving accident" where id cut the shaft of my penis. To make a long story short, it took about a month to heal since i was completely obssessed with it. I went to see a doctor and told me it would take a while to heal. Since then, it has healed off but I've been going insane with my sexual hygene. Now about a month ago, i noticed very very small whitish dots on the head of my penis. They are painless, they don't itch, no swelling at all, no red area around or whatever. When it gets into an erection, they seem to disappear....Really concerned about that problem, i went again to see my doctor and showed him what it was. He told me it was not an std but made me run some tests just to be sure.
As he and I thought, the tests for everything (i.e. HIV, ghonorreah, chlamedya, HPV1 and HPV2 and all the others) came back negative.

But now the bumps are still there, they still do not hurt and i have to look very very closely to see them. I'm really wondering what it is since I'm dating this new girl and I don't want to give her anything. We have had protected and one time unprocted sex it the last 3 weeks....i told her about the situation even before we had that unproctected sex (doind the opposite would be really really bad in my opinion), she didnt had any rash or nothing whatsoever on her side since that happened.
I'm really going nuts with this since its just seems to be passive. Maybe it was there all along and I've just never noticed until these last few months. I've notice in the past something like that but never paid any attention since I run STDs test severy 5 months or so just to have a clear conscience...
But now, even after all the tests possible (i.e. blood samples, urine samples and other treatments) nothing seems to move.

Am I just going crazy???
Because every now and then, I "feel" the bumps on my penis, I rush to the toilet to take a look at it and it's just the same...I've read posts on this site that was kind of relating to that so if anyone had further information regarding that....an answer asap would be really appreciated.
Could it be just dry skin? Because they are not hard or nothing, sometimes it seems just to be skin rubbed off...
please help! My doctor told me he had seem those kind of things in the past and they are really bening even harmless to anyone since its not a disease or anything...
I'm still very very concerned!

Thanks a lot for the reply! That's what I have been thinking too.
As for the psychological problem, I'm just out of severe depression and bad meltdowns in the past year. Havent took any medications and I'm all fine now. I think it is possible that I have too much an obssession with it. I've done some councelling but maybe another visit wouldnt do any harm. Thanks a lot for the reply!

Your English is fine.

It just sounds like normal or benign skin structures as your doctor said. There are no STD lesions where you have to look "very very closely" to see them and that disappear when you have an erection.

What I don't understand is why you continue to obsess about them if your doctor told you that they are not an STD. That suggests a possible psychological problem that can only be addressed with professional counseling.

Oh and I also forgot to say, I talked to my ex girlfriend about it since she was the only one i was sleeping with for the last year if she had any other partners in the meantime. I told her about my concerns of an STD and she's the kind of person to freak out with that so she told me the truth and she didnt had sex with anybody else....now I've been reading posts on this forum and could this be like a fungal infeciton or something like that?

thanks in advance for the answer
