Regarding questions on STDs

Hi Doc! I had kissed a prostitute, just lip-to-lip, not totally a french kiss, and sucked her breast. I also had a handjob. There was no milk coming out of her breasts and also there was no any sign of visible cuts on breasts, mouth or hand. Its been 3 months (This incident happened in Novembor 9, 2017) and I havent developed any signs of any STD, not one. But still, as this was my first time ever, I am scared to death. Anything that now happens to me even like a simple headache or also, I could not resist myself from thinking that this is not happening because of that incident. Everything now I am relating to this incident only. I cant get over this.. Do I need get tested for any STD? I am really scraed, please help me on this. Thanks in advance!

You do not need to get tested for an STD, as nothing from this encounter would put you at any risk.  A headache is simply a headache, not an STD.  You should take it easy on yourself - no need to be scared.
