Rimming and fingering

Today I got very briefly rimmed (2 or 3 times, 1-2 seconds each time) and fingered (also 2 or 3 times for the same length of time) by my massage therapist. I do not know if he has any cuts in his mouth or fingers.
I cleaned my anus with the equivalent of Purell after I got home (maybe an hour later, but I briefly wiped my anus at his place). I am concerned because my anus was a little irritated yesterday and today due to stools. However, it is not painful, only when touching or wiping it, I suppose.
Is there any risk that I could have contracted an STD or HIV please?
Thank you for your help!
