Risk of STD due kissing handjob

Kissing licking and handjob
Hello Doctors,
After going through lot of similar posts and comments from experts. I am slightly relieved. But I still want to get confirmation of opinions from experts on my particular case.
I visited a massage parlor with couple of my friends last saturday oct 31st 2015.
I chose a a thin white 31 year old masseuse for my full body massage. She used different types of lubricants and lotions for massage. After doing back, neck and foot massage for about 20 mins she asked if I would to go for hand job. I went ahead with it.  She applied similar lotion to my penis which she applied on my back. After few minutes she started kissing me which was not very deep but tongue was involved sometimes. Total kissing time was 5-7 minutes split over 10-15 mins. She also licked my chest and nipples. She was biting lightly to nipples which I asked her to stop as it was slightly hurting me. While she was kissing and licking my nipples I was masturbating myself. Then I ejaculated on stomach. I remember she slightly  touched my cum but didn't touch my penis afterwards. After that she brought dry and washed towel to clean myself which I did. After that I drank a cold water, went to restroom peed and washed my hands. I also remember she touched her vagina for a second but didn't use that hand to stroke my penis. She also took of her top n bra but didn't took off her panties. Now below are my questions and worries.
Its been almost four days now. I do not have any significant symptoms of any STD including HIV.  I have small tickle in my throat which I am guessing might be because of lot on the drinks and smokes I had immediately after I visited massage parlor. I also ate oily McD food after my party and was awake almost all night. I also shared smokes, food with couple of my friends who accompanied me to massage parlor. One of them had protected sex and other had unprotected blowjob and 69 position.
1. Should I worried about any getting STD from my interaction with massuse? Especially handjob if she might have any cuts? Also kissing if she or me or both have any gum problem? Also using a towel which might been used for other customers.
2. Should I worried about getting any STD sharing smokes and food with my other friends who also had sexual contact with other masseuses?
3. My anxiety level is very high and I am feeling very restless, I am continuously going to posts like this to get more information. And I guess that is  causing some uneasiness in my forearms and legs. Is it something else?
4. Can french kiss my partner in this scenario?
5. Do I need to get tested for any STI? If yes then when?

I will put any other information as I recall. Thanks a lot. Awaiting your response.
