STD Issues

Dear doctor,

I have only another question...I have done a culture of the swab discharge and it is came up with staphylococcus aureus and it is sensitive to the following drugs:-

clindamycin          MIC(mg/ml)- 0.06
tobramycin           MIC(mg/ml)- 2
gentamicin           MIC(mg/ml)- 2
levofloxacin          MIC(mg/ml)- 0.5
linezolid              MIC(mg/ml)- <4
vancomycin         MIC(mg/ml)- <2
teicoplanin           MIC(mg/ml)-  1
chloramphenicol  MIC(mg/ml)-  1

and it was NOT sensitive to oflaxacin and doctor precribed me to take oflaxacin ..and not the medicines given above...

My question is should I take any of the medicine mentioned above before taking lactobacillus CC ?
If I have to take then which once should I take?

(I am experiencing burning sensation in my groin area and on my tongue.
And there is a white code on my tongue).

PLEASE HELP ME

Dear doctor,

I have done oral sex with a prostitute 11 months ago ...and right after 5 months there were discharge from my penis and then doctor gave me cefixime 400 gm and azithromycin 1gm. After taking the medicine still the discharge were then. It use to happen twice or thrice a month. Then I did a  Gram Stain test done on a penile discharge swab and it came up with gram negative bacillus and then I again did the same test to do the culture. and the next time it came up with staphylococcus aureus.

Now my question is that :
Should I be worried about gonorrhea or chlamydia or NSU?
staphylococcus aureus is gram + and the 1st time it came  with gram - do I Need treatment for both?
