STD from receiving oral sex

Dear RubyWitch,

I've received unprotected oral sex from a male stranger on July 18, 2015 max of 10 mins. and 2 encounters from this march which lasted 45 secs. max.

I'm diagnosed with pneumonia (i have no symptoms) from a regular chest x ray on april 13,2016 which made me very anxious
1. Could i have caught hiv from the encounter?
2. Could i have caught syphilis? I know i have no symptoms but now i consider the possibilities that i have just missed them like a syphilis chancre.
3. I have taken antibiotic medication for pneumonia, 7 days of 500 mg azemax (Azithromycin). Could that also clear any std specially syphillis if i had one? As far as i know from some of the post here is that azithromycin is used to cure stds

Thank you very much

You did not contract hiv from this exposure. I highly doubt syphilis  either. A simple bloodiest for each will prove you don't  have either.
