STD in Saliva

Hi I am having all kinds of stress over and even back in Feb. I posted that 3-4 weeks after my  oral sex event [performing on a guy] I developed some tender neck glands and some lesions on my calf. I panicked and got tested for HIV,HSV1&2 and HHV8 all Neg. The reason I am still here is about 7 weeks after my exposure with these guys is my wife came down with flu like symptoms that lasted a day and a half. She had a server back pain, nausea diarrhea, and dry heaves. Her temp was elevated 100.4 only for about two hours. After that she has been fine. The Dr said it  possibly was some virus. I am worried I passed something on to her. We had NO sex during that 8 weeks and the only thing we would sometimes share would be a water bottle but that's it. Do any of you know if an STD could pass that way?
Thanks

Just took my 13.5 week HIV test NEG!! Just one last Dr visit to see if I could have contracted CMV or some other STD via saliva. Hope not, for I do not want to pass it on to anyone. So far so good.
