Recurring red spots in skin

Hi everyone,

I had protected sex with a CSW 8 weeks back.i believe the condom was intact throughout the act I hope I used it properly.But I have anxiety of HIV since I had the encounter.i never had fever, swollen nodes and other symptoms.but for three weeks I have red rashes which is not itchy appearing in my body predominantly in arms.i have met a dermatologist he prescribed an antibiotic but the rash dint subside.im deeply worried now thinking about acquiring hiv.Please anyone tell me whether I'm in danger and Wat does this rash actually means.
