STD scare after encounter with escort

Hello,

I am an adult male in my mid-20s and have recently met with an escort in Hungary. I paid a price which is higher than average (bit less than double the average price) as the girl was not the lowest tier, let's put it like this. Sorry if my way to say things is a bit non-formal sometimes, I am not used to talk about this and am trying to get to the point.

The place was as clean as it can be, same for her. We used condoms for any form of penetration, but she gave me oral sex without condom. We used wet wipes between rounds. Sometimes she would reach for her sex to add some lube.

On the next morning (about 12h after that), I felt a slight itch in my penis, specifically inside the urethra at the tip.  It didn't hurt, but there was a slight itch. Being the way I am I started freaking out constantly now. I don't know if this is really related to the encounter and if I'm still feeling it because I'm thinking of it, but I can't stop thinking about it.

My fear is that something could have gone from her to me when she reached for her vagina to add lube and then by touching my penis during oral sex. I'm trying to calm myself by thinking about the following things :

- It feels unlikely that something nasty could have traveled from her vagina to her hand to my penis, since she was not especially wet, she didn't deliberately touch my urethra with her hand, and she wiped her hands several times (I don't remember exactly in which sequence and such).
- As an experienced escort (30 years old, quite sexual person) I'm fairly certain she gets tested often, she doesn't charge low prices and everything was very neat and clean.
- Even in the unlikely case where something did pass, how likely is it that it is a serious STD (by serious I mean incurable and/or deadly).
- If she had an "itchy" STD, she would have noticed it by now.
- I had the itch 12 hours after the encounter, and I read somewhere on this site that an STD should take several days to have a physical manifestation, also a serious STD like HIV or Hepatitis should not itch from what I know about them.
- Also I gave her head, yet I didn't feel any itch in my mouth.

Do you think I should worry? If yes, what are the STDs I should get tested for? I wish I could have some peace of mind about this. I am an adult and made the deliberate choice to take a risk when hiring an escort, and I will consider myself the only one responsible for any outcome. Still, I tend to get extremely stressed on situations like these (not that it happens often). But please don't say things just for the sake of comforting me.
