STD

I had un protected oral (insertive felatio) and protected vaginal sex on 14/7/2014 .On 23/8/2014 I had flew with dry cough and sore throat ,after the antibiotic flew gone but sore pain and cough has been continuing for more than 1 month. After 2 months of the sexual contact I feeled with white patches with sore on my tongue also thrush appeared. I have done all blod test except HIV.CBC,ANA all are normal, My qstn is if I having virus lymphocytes result will vary/not ?Above symptoms are pertaining with HIV/STD            pls help me

Your tongue has nothing to do with a STD. You had no STD risk.
