STI from a body to body massage?

Have I potentially gotten a STI based on the following activity?

6 days ago I had a body to body massage (liquid and oil).  There was no oral or vaginal sex, she rubbed her body on mine (her vagina brushed against my penis / genital area a few times and had some accidental brief contact a few times but no penetration).  She masterbated me with her hands after.

Given I had shaved my generals 3 days prior to the massage (9 days ago from today), I have noticed some irratation / ingrown hair in the area recently and worried I may have contracted some STI.  2 days after the massage, while examining the area I might have pulled the skin area between my scrotum and legs and seems to have caused a tear.  I had a dr check it and he confirmed it was a cut. I do not think the tear was present when I had the massage but cannot be sure. I have been stressed about this experience and feel my anxiety is making me over sensitive to any sensations in my genetal area (menthol like cool light sensation around the penis when I think about it, no sores or painful urination or any discomfort. I have also felt over the last few days I have a higher need to pee).

Can you please advice if I’m overthinking this? I assume I will have to wait 6 weeks before I can take a HSV/herpes test.

Hi normally genital genital contact is a risk for herpes and syphils but takes more than brushing takes rubbing to force any germs into the skin also the oils used could act as a barrier so i do think your over thinking this.
