Is there an anonymous STD test in Bahrain? And how much would it cost?

I've had protected sex with a prostitute 7 weeks ago, she also gave me oral sex for few minutes. Three weeks later I had few mild sores inside my mouth, only lasted for couple days, I also may have experienced mild burning sensations while peeing.  Now I have some moderate to mild pain in the groin area, it comes and goes, and this has been the case for over a week.

What are the chances that these are actually an STD symptoms? What could it be?

I currently work in Saudi Arabia so definitely not gonna test here, are there any anonymous STD test clinics in Bahrain? And how much a full test would cost?

You don’t need to test your symptoms are likely unrelated and due to anxiety about the encounter. If I was in your shoes I would relax and not test
