Scrotum Problem, STD, or simply Stress?

Hi, i don't know whether i should consult this in the std forum or urology forum. so i posted in both to be sure, i hope this is ok.

a quick background. I am 29 yr old straight male, engaged to my gf for 2 years now. 7 days ago I was on a business trip to south east asia and long story short, did the biggest mistake in my life by having an unprotected vaginal intercourse with a sex worker. I had my penis in for about 10 seconds until my conscience kicked in and took it out of her. I didn't finish the sex and make a run to the bathroom to wash my penis.

afraid of contracting stds, I cannot visit the local clinic because i don't speak their language so I googled around for possible chance that i might be infected. That didn't help and as a matter of fact has put me into a stressful state of mind. today is day 7 after encounter, and i have been feeling very sensitive in just about everything that is felt out of place.

day 1: my stomach was tight, i pee almost every hour, my neck was stiff, just about every joint felt sore.
day 2: stomach still tight, still peeing often although not much coming out of it. no burning, no discharge though. joints still a bit sore
day 3: stomach gets better, peeing less often, but my balls started to look swollen or i thought it was. also felt bit fatigued
day 4: its either my balls has gotten bigger (just the right ones) or my penis seemed retracted, stomach back to normal, peeing also normal.
day 5: balls is really stiff most of the time, but relaxed after hot bath. bladder normal, but i am experiencing pain around teeth or jaw and suffered a slight headache. similar symptom during my sinus problem.
day 6: i tried to masturbate during hot bath, thinking to relax the balls. balls did relaxed for a while then it gets really tight and i felt that my penis is getting smaller due to the size of my scrotum.

I don't know whether because i have been touching my balls a lot lately so my scrotum became a bit numb, tight and i can even feel the skin tightened. Or a disease/infection caused this.

today: i can feel my balls is relaxed, but the right one is a bit sore and i can feel the inner ball moving around when i lay my hand underneath them. my bladder is back to normal, still slight sinus infection symptom during night but then again its currently cold and thunderstorm season here.

i don't see any rash nor bumps, and also no discharge. but the right balls is now becoming an irritating problem when sitting for a long period of time.

were those symptoms is remotely related to any stds? or this is just a stress related syndrome caused by my business travel, flight anxiety and guilt to my fiancé over the fact that i just cheated on her?

i know i should've been using condoms, but i don't know why i believed that sex worker telling me that she's disease free. my mind is now going haywire and i promised my self to marry my gf and be faithful to her.

someone please help me with these questions?

Nothing I have read makes me think this has anything to do with a STD.

Hi Vance,

Thank you so much for your response, just a quick followup question. I read an article in google's result from "Swollen Scrotum and Sinus Nodes Dysfunction". One of the probable cause is chlamydia.

Now I am experiencing slight pain in my upper jaw and I have some pressure building in my sinus area. I also felt my right lower stomach had some slight pain, do you suggest this is kidney related or Do you agree that my symptoms is std related?

Or should I just stop self diagnosing and go to bed, I have been sleeping less lately due to stress.

Please help me with some of your insights.

I think this is stress/guilt/anxiety. 10 seconds really is not a risk for a STD.
