Serious Skin Issues

I recently(7weeks ago) had a sexual encounter which would definitely put me at risk for STDs. Soon after i noticed a lot of itching in my crotch area and even armpits but disregarded it. About 4 weeks after I started to noticed my skin was being irritated very easily. I started to develop little bumps on my arms and chest that look like goosebumps and my skin in general now is very sensitive to any touch or irritation and I also have a burning sensation. My armpits also have a similar discomfort/burning sensation. And when my skin does itch, it itches excessively. Do and of you guys know what this could be related to? My main concern is that is could be HIV, although i have not had any other symptoms. Thanks for the help...

Skin problems can occur from many things. If you are concerned about HIV you need to test at 3 months post exposure, you did have a risk for all STDs. I would suggest getting a full STD panel to learn your status.

We can not diagnose you.

do need testing for STD's.
Symptoms however are not STD related.

You don't say if your risk was unprotected or not... if you had an unprotected encounter you need to get a full STD panel...
Here is a link with all std testing info.
