Odd warm feeling symptom in penis

9 days ago I had protected sex with some girl and a few days later I started getting slight discomfort AFTER I urinated. It was kind of like a warm feeling in inside the penis, not burning. It seems to be inside in the urethra. It lasts a while after urinating however it isn't all the time just maybe when I haven't had a lot of fluids. I don't feel anything during urination either. What I have noticed is that if I have an erection its really warm inside and maybe the odd itch inside. I get a warm feeling inside when I ejaculate too. Ive started applying hydrocortisone cream on the outside under the foreskin and on the top of the penis (not inside) the past day or so as the foreskin feels a bit sore too. Thinking maybe fungal but its been a good few days now though.

Any ideas to what this could be? I have no real burning, no discharge, no lesions, nothing thats a red flag.

Well that makes your risk low, but symptoms still don't match up to a STD

I must add to that that I had unprotected oral sex from her...whether that changes anything?

No clue as you had no real risk for a STD. Don't see this has STD related.

Just to add - I have sent off a test for chlamydia and gonorrhoea just to make sure so that will be back in a couple of days. Although I doubt its that.
