Small donut-shaped spots; dark center

About 4 days after my most recent sexual activity, I developed several small spots on the skin of my penis. The spots are round with a greyish dot in the center about the size of a pin prick. Does this description point to anything specific?

Follow what Vance said.  Dots and spots on and around penis are quite normal and we have a tendency to over examine after a sexual encounter which makes us feel guilty or anxious.  Most probably its nothing serious or bad.

However just see a Doctor for examination and reassurance.  Do NOT self examine please.
