Recurrent urethritis....

I've posted here before about this, but I'm back because I'm having difficulty getting answers from my family doctor or the doctor at the STD clinic.

Back in June, I received unprotected oral sex, two weeks later I had a burning sensation when urinating.
I visited a STD clinic was treated with 1gm of Zithromax, was tested for CHlamidia, Gonorrea, syph, HIV- all negative. The irritation cleared up in 3 days.  3 weeks later the irritation started again. I visited my family doctor, he put me on Cipro which did nothing. I visited the STD clinic again, got tested for everything again, and came out negative. They gave me 1gm of zithromax which cleared everything up after a few days- but the irritation came back after 2.5 weeks.
I went back to the clinic, the doctor thought that I might have a Ureaplasma infection and they put me on Doxy for 10 days, which didn't do any good. They then put me on Zithromax for 3 weeks (1gm in a single dose each wednesday) which cleared up all inflamation, but it came back again. The last time I talked to the doctor at the clinic, he told me that my infection should be cleared up already. They won't test for Mycoplasmasdue to the difficulty in testing.

Right now, the v-shaped crease on the underside of my penis burns for about 1/2 hour after urinating. It sometimes feels like the burning is on the outside though I don't see any inflamation, and other times it feels a bit itchy on the inside on the same spot when I urinate. The burning usually doesn't start until I have my 3rd void at around 10 am, then it burns every time for the rest of the day.

I've done a lot of reading about M.Genitalium causing recurrent infections even with zithromax treatments. Anyone heard of this? Could this be something else entirely?

I am seriously desperate for help and would be glad for any.

...Also I forgot- I've been tested for Chlamidia, Gon, Syph, HIV 3 times now, all negative.  My family doctor also did urine (WBC check, blood sugar, kidney stones, etc) and blood samples and didn't find anything to indicate an infection or any other problem.
