Std fom genital to genital lap dance while wearing a condom
I had a lap dance with a local escort. Both of us were nude with genital to groin/genital contact. Though i was wearing a condom. I had noticed as i was leaving a bulge (wart?) of skin around her anus, i didnt get an answer from her. when i got home i had doused my genitals with vodka then had a shower with soap. What are my chances of having herpes, hpv or syphillis?

If it was a wart (unlikely), you may have a slight chance of HPV, but it was more likely a hemorrhoid. No chances of herpes or syphilis (they don't cause lumps or bulges).
Also, dousing yourself with vodka does nothing except perhaps cause irritation. Washing with soap MAY help immediately after, but there's no science behind it, and after vodka, would only cause more irritation. Generally speaking, once you're infected, you're infected.
