Std sumptoms, and tested negative

I am a male. have had unprotected sex about 6 weeks ago. Then did it again with a different girl about a week later. Started having symptoms roughly 10 days after initial encounter - yellow discharge, pain in urinating, general discomfort.

12 days after the initial encounter i did a Pcr std test - came back negative for everything (chlamydia, gono, trich, ureaplasma and mycoplasma). Leukocytes were high at 500. Urine culture negative. 1 week later i did another leukocytes test which came back positive (i dont have numbers for this one). Symptoms persisted. 2 weeks after the first test I did a second pcr test - negative again.

One week after 2nd pcr test i did a leukocyte test, came back negative, the day after that i did it again and it came back weakly positive at 25. At this point the symptoms disappeared.

1 week later (yesterday) i did a leukocyte test once more and it came back negative, but sadly i have a bit of yellowish discharge again.

What is it? Is this an std? Could the pcr have 2 false negatives? Should i take antibiotics? I dont want to infect any girls.

The doctors have no idea what it is. Pleaee help.
