I'M here to get some help/advice. I'M 21 and I guess i'm at the oncome to my sexual life.
I have a real big problem I'M worried about. Long story short this morning I received Oral sex from a Prostitute, I have no idea what drove me to do this, it was completely spontaneous to me. It made no sense considering I'M not sexually frustrated in any way(got a girl). The prostitute gave me oral for about 5 minutes, the thing that is scaring me is that I did not have a condom on, and the biggest problem is that she had a piercing, those peircings between the upper lip and the cheek(marilyn manroe??), she mentioned that she needed some oitment for it because she recently had it redone.
I did ask if she had been tested and she said two months prior to this, which doesn't really make any difference considering shes a prostitute. I know that there is a low-risk in contracting an std through oral sex, but I'M sure the peircing throws the **** in the soup(open wound?). What do you guys think??? do you think it is still a low chance?

Another problem is that this weekend(sat) I am having a lil romantic night with my girlfriend(completely beautiful girl which makes me beat myself over the fact that I would do something with a ugly dirty *****!). We are both clean she was actually a virgin ti'll we got together. I would hate to give her something. But she is extremely jealous and she would notice something is wrong if I don't let her give me oral(which is something she does daily with out protection). I Feel safe using a condom but I know she would think something is up, I can already picture her asking why I don't want her to go down on me, and then probably try to force it and want some sort of explination of why I don't let her. Can anyone please help???? I feel dusted and disgusted, shameful and pathetic. I am going to get tested but they said it makes no sense to do it a week from now, they said to call back in two weeks. What does anyone think are my chances that I am clean?

Well it's been 3 days so far, I have not felt a thing. I'M starting to think maybe it was just a false alarm. I feel no burn on or before or during urination, or odd feelings in my genital area, I see no rashes, bumps, or itches, no discharges, nothing. Maybe I'M getting a little optomistic a little too early but as days go by I'M starting to feel more confident that I have nothing. My penis feels perfectly fine, my balls(if you will) feel fine, no fevers, no pains, no aches, no tendernes, no nothing...
But it's still early so yeah, day 5 I will update again to see if anything has popped up...

Uncle Burn("Gonorrhea/Chlamydia/NGU or NSU") usually arrives within 3-5 days and you will know it when he arrives. Sometimes, he hangs around after you urinate and sometimes he is there while urinating. I have problems with him after urinating and there still is tenderness after a week of Doxy, but it is much better. It's more psychologically disturbing in my situation, hoping this Doxy will scare Uncle Burn away for good.

Anyways, if Uncle Burn does visit, get to a clinic ASAP. Otherwise don't worry too much because every twinge isn't Uncle Burn. It wasn't a tongue ring, It was a piercing next to her upper lip, between her right cheek and her upper lip, similar to where Marilyn Manroe's mole was, I guess they call it the beauty mark? And from what I remember she didn't even use her tongue. She didn't specify why she had to get it redone, maybe she didn't wear it for a while and the hole closed? not sure. Thanks for replying. Do you think it highers the chances that much more?

I know nothing about tongue rings, other than aren't you supposed to avoid stuff when you first get one? Why did she have to get hers done again?
You wouldn't get symptoms for at least 2 days, and that's on the early side.

It's been only half a day since I receieved oral from that *****. So I doubt I would be having symptoms today... or at least I don't know, I am so uninformed about this subject it's not even funny. Please reply.

I got NSU from oral sex way back in February and a nice fungal infection as an added bonus (2fer Deal!). I even showered and urinated afterwards. But it's working its way out cause I *FINALLY* got it diagnosed and I am on my second week of Doxycycline which is a relaxing, easy going drug when it comes to side effects. Tested clean on everything else, even NGU, which doesn't really make sense.
I would wait to see if you get "uncle burn", as I affectionately call him, until testing. If you get burning on the surface of the glans, welcome to fungus heaven. Do a test for gonorrhea/chlamydia. And perhaps a urinalysis which FINALLY confirmed I have something but not specific.
I suffered way too long because I didn't request a urinalysis. But until then, tough it out. There is no feeling better about what you did. Feeling positive sure didn't help me.

You can test for gonorrhea and NGU at a week post exposure, and syphilis (which is rare in the US) at 6 weeks.
Chances are good that you are std-free (clean means you've showered, dirty means you haven't), but since you have a regular partner, you should test.
