Herpes, HIV, other STD or Anxiety..cannot tell anymore. Please HELP !!!

I am going through a lot of anxiety at this moment. Not sure if I have herpes but looking for some input. Doctor said I need to wait 4-6 weeks before I can get tested. I have another 3 weeks to go. 2 days after possible exposure (protected with condom, no kissing or oral), I developed a throat infection/fever that cleared up in 3-4 days of antibiotic treatment. My anxiety level was really high at that time and after googling around for STDs, my stress level went through the roof. My only symptoms besides the throat infection was diarrhea and tingling in penis for a few days which went away in a week or so. No rashes or blisters so far. Doctor says its anxiety causing these symptoms and brushed it away. He prescribed something for anxiety which I am taking twice a day. Did a baseline test for other STDs and HIV that came back negative. Last week I was grooming myself and ran the trimmer down there front and back and ever since developed itching around the anus mostly after bowel movement for a few mins. There is usually no urge to itch for rest of the day. There is no pain, blisters, rashes, bumps or fever but I read about anal herpes and I am freaking out now.  I know some of the other folks did not have any rashes or bumps either. Could this be an outbreak ? Also I have noticed a white coating on my tongue with a single smooth red patch in the middle, there is no pain but thats also freaking me out. I read white tongue could be a result of compromised immune system or antibiotics or something else serious like HIV. I do have ankylosing spondylitis and take weekly Humira shots and also did a 7 day antibiotic course 10 days ago. Could it be because of that ?

Hi, you had zero risk for hiv and not of what your mention are symptoms of any std and testing for herpes using a condom is really not much a need for testing.

Hi it's easy for me to say but you must calm your Anxiety cause you will make yourself worse , Please listen to what the Dr told you, Your tongue maybe a side effect of the Antibiotics , i know it's a waiting game but what you have said is all positive , please relax , take care ,
