Stressing please help!!

I have  this pinch feeling in the head of the penis. The skin on the shaft of the penis itch sometimes as well. I have been to the doctor numerous of times, but nothing was wrong. I have also had a cystoscopy done and nothing was found as well. Since my HSV2 scare in July 2012, everything has been fine other than the feeling previously mentioned. recently, my wife has been having frequent yeast infections. Her doctor confirmed it was yeast and gave her Didlucan 150mg. She would take over the counter yeast infection medication and it would go away and seems to come back maybe a week or two later after we have sex(unprotected). She has had her annual pap and described symptoms to her doctor. Her doctor stated that she was fine because if it was something else, yeast medication would not have releaved her symptoms.

After taking all std test that I can think of, i read about trichamonasis and it symptoms. Will Diflucan treat Trichomonas? It stated that its mostly found in women and is hard to find in men. Most men are treated when their partner is diagnosed with it. I have never tested for it, but I have taken metronidozole twice just in case. Im starting to think that my wife is having yeast infections because of me. I'm just ready to resume normal life because this has been bothering me for some time now. It also feels like I have a slight pressure feeling right above the pubic arae. The pubic area itches more than often as well. Am I over reacting?  Can I take Diflucan? So far I have taken and Tested for Chlamy three--Negative
Gonno---three Negative
Syph otwice---Negative
HIV twice---Negative
HSV1 Once---Negative
HSV2 Three---Negative Last test was done 7 months after last sexual encounter.

I have taken Cipro,Dyoxcillin,Bactrum, Lotrisone cream,Pyridium and metronidazole because I thought it could have been trichomonasis

Something both of you will have to work with your Dr's on as this is not a STD.

Hello, for some reason it seems like everytime my wife and i have sex, she gets a yeast infection. Recently she had small bumps that lasted a day or two and went away. My penis itches almost everyday, but I have been tested for everything and took different antibiotics to be on the safe side. I not sure whats going on.

Yeast infection is an imbalance, if she is having frequent infections she needs to work with her Dr. I don't think this is related to a STD.
