Symptoms (male) - can someone pls provide insight

Hi. I am a man that had sex with a new woman about a month ago. She performed unprotected oral on me and we had protected (condom) intercourse. 8 days ago (last Friday) I got this bad pain in the head of my penis in the urethra. Squeezing the head of my penis hurt bad. It felt like there was a cut inside there (but no blood present) and it burned when urinating. My testicles were kind of tender as well. I started to have a very slight watery clear discharge. I would get these sensations randomly off and on all during the day. The only way I can describe it is as if I was getting mosquito bites inside my urethra.

5 days ago I got tested for Gonnorhea and Chlamydia.
3 days ago the doc gave my Ciprex and Zithromax just in case.
Yesterday the tests came back negative.
I got tested for HSV yesterday but I haven't recieved the results yet.

The sensations have just about ceased, and urination burns maybe every 1 in 3 times now, but the amount of discharge was larger/worse this morning and whitish instead of clear.

I've read online on various sites that Trichomonas can cause these symptoms as well. Does this sound familiar? Could the Zithromax and Ciprex be killing the bug I have? I'm very worried.

Thx

Sometimes it can take a few weeks for symptoms to go away completely.  That is why I said give it a couple of weeks for the medication to do the job.

sorry grace for the double posting. Just worried is all. I'll only post here from here on out. To reiterate the answer from the other forum yes this was tested via urine sample, but no prostate exam was done.

mboy, It's only been a couple of days since taking the meds but burning and random tingling sensations are getting milder. discharge during the day is a little better but this morning it was worse.

any further advice is very welcome. Thanks.

Give the medication a couple of more weeks to do their job. If you still have problems, then you should follow up with your provider.

It wouldn't be trich because the sex was protected.
Since the oral was unprotected NGU sounds like the case.
Have the symptoms gone away since you have taken the medication?
