Syphilis? HOPEFULLY NOT.

I am really nervous. I've had sex one time and I think I may have an std. I have tiny bumps on my genitals that do not burn, itch or anything like that. Occationaly I get large bumps down there but I pop them just like pimples and they go away. My main concern is this skin irritation that I have developed. The irriation is above my collarbone, is fairly large and looks like a tear drop with three smaller circles underneath. They are flat but also look like tiny bumps and are flaky when you scratch them, they also occationally itch. I also developed much smaller versions of this on other parts of my body such as the back of my right hand, on my hip, and on my arm. They look like small zits that burst from scratching and then it looks like dry skin. The rash never goes away. The large one I have is always there. The smaller ones appear and you can see the slight discoloration on my skin.Does this sound like syphilis?

I know you cannot diagnose over the internet, but the main features of the irritation are :
1.) Light Brown
2.) Flaky when scratched
3.) Occational itch

Thank you! Any help is appreciated.

I have a small-ish, red, bump on my  throat/back of the roof of my mouth. but none in my genital area.
it kinda hurts but is mostly just discomfort.
does this sound like syphilis or herpes? ot perhaps something else???

As you said it's hard to tell over the net, syphilis usually starts with a painless red sore called chancre on the genitals (or anus/mouth if that was the sexual contact) and then progresses to a rash, fever, headache, loss of appetite, weight loss and sore throat (this can occur weeks to months after the contact).  You may be overacting, best consult your doctor.  syphilis can be treated with penicillin (or doxycycline if your allergic)
