Syphilis from massage / body grinding

I went to a Asian massage parlor. The lady sit naked on my back and grinded on my back/low back/buttocks.and massaged me.. We had no penetration or any sex..  Just a handjob to finish.
3 weeks later I have a small tan/reddish spot/lesion under the skin. It is not raised,. It is not a ulcer/chancre.
It is just small red mark under the skin,.,  I don't remember seeing it before.  could this be syphilis?
I am worried,.   I have no other symptoms..

last question,,    I read online that syphilis chancres start as a small red macular lesion  then turn into a papule and open to ulcer..   I have noticed this place for 5 days now.. it is still reddish,,       could it possibly be a chancre that is in the process of forming,,,??
please help....

I dont mean to bother or keep on the same topic..     I saw online pictures ,, it does not look like what is on my low back.. mine is a under skin lesion, skin tone/reddish..
but I read where Syphillis chancre can take many forms  ???? it said it could be like a lesion , bug bite, etc..
I was going to ask the medical experts but they no longer are taking questions.
so to clarify,,  the massage worker sitting on my back and grinding a little could not cause Syphilis?
