dont know where to turn

Received unprotected oral and had protected sex with a sex worker nearly four months ago. During sex she said she must of come on her period and got blood on my upper shaft. She didn't seem surprised so at the time I thought this was a little odd. 5 days later and I had intense tingling/irritation in my penis that to this day is still there.iv also had urge to urinate which lasted a week but went and my urine is very very frothy. 2 months after I've had tests for HIV,syphillis, hep b and the usual swab and urine tests for chlaymidia and they all came back neg apart from them seeing under the microscope that I had inflammation. I was given 1g ziyhromax for NFU which didn't help at all so I returned and was given a 7 day course of doxycycline which hasn't helped either. I have just finished that course and now have testicle ache, not badly but the odd shooting pain every 20 minutes or so. After being prescribed doxy the clinic told me basically not to come back and I had to argue a little just to get that antibiotic. He said I have to give it a chance to clear itself which after 4 months seems a little silly to me. I just don't know what to do now. I think I have slight red patch under my penis head which I showed doc but he said looks normal. I'm sure it wasn't there before and its not going so not sure what to think. I just want to be back to normal. Any ideas what my next step should be. Any advice is very welcome.

I wish it was anxiety but I wouldn't say I'm worried about this anymore just fed up with it. Both times I've had a swab taken they have seen slight inflammation under the microscope so that explains the irritaion but have been unable to clear it with the standard antibiotics. The only thing I can think of is either hsv or HPV which they wouldn't be able to do much about anyway but it would be nice to know what is happening. I'm pretty Certain its an std as was in a 7 year relationship and after we broke up this was the first sexual activity I had. I didn't think anything about catching an std as have never had anything and have been pretty wild in my younger days and wrongly thought it would never happen to me. I woke up with these sensations just days after. Thanks for your responses you help a lot of people who don't have anyone to talk to for educated advice.

Not anything to do with a STD, maybe anxiety?
