Totally confused with my symptoms and health

Hi All,

I used to drink and smoke for the past 2 years....One day after having excessive booze i got a burning sensation after pissing..I consulted a doctor, who did some urine analysis and suggested minute crystal stones and prescribed "uriliser" to this...I also noticed some tiny white dots when i pull my penis foreskin back...when i checked with the dermatologist earlier the advised its due to the penis glands and nothing to worry...Then consulted with one more an urologist, for the burning sensation and white tiny spots...he advised for a circumcision and that has been done......I have undergone the following tests and all proved to be negative...the tests are

RPR = Non Reactive
TPHA = Negative
Heptatitis C AB (HCV) = Negative
Chlamydia Ab = Negative
Direct Gram's Stain = G C Not Seen
Even the urine report tests (protein, sugar, ketone, bilirubin, urobilinogen, nitrite) = Nil or Normal
Microscopy Results = (RBC, Epic Cells, Bacteria, Crystals, Casts) = Nil

One More blood test conducted and the results are as
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Neutrophils, lymphocytess, eosinophils, monocytes, basophils, ESR are all normal i.e, within the range

One More Urine test conducted and the results are again found to be normal (Albumin, sugar, ketones)

The burning sensation has reduced a lot now, but i could feel small pain the upper abdominal area (near to the liver)
Had a consultation with the physician, he advised that there is fat in liver and it is bulged a bit after the following blood results.

Creatinie - Serum
Bilirubin - total
Alkaline Phosphatase
SGOT (AST) & SGPT (ALT)

can someone analyze my whole lot of trouble sited above and give some consoling guidance...do i need to worry...

You might also ask for a prostate exam, to at least rule that out.

It appears that you are receiving excellent care. I reccomend that you avoid alcohol, eat a well balanced diet, exercise, and stop smoking. You may live a long life barring accidents. Take care.
