Unprotected Oral Sex / Std Risk / Possibly Overstressing?

I'm a male, and about a week ago I was drinking and received unprotected Oral Sex for about a minute. It was with someone I don't really know, and I immediately stopped the act, and kinda freaked out for I have a g/f and it was all a huge mistake. Well that night about 3-4 hours later I went to the Emergency Room, and they gave me 4 pills of Zithromax and a shot of Rocephin. I told the gf about the encounter, and then 2 days after the Emergency Room visit I received Penicillin G because I was worried about Syphillis exposure since I didn't know the person. So my question is... Would receiving Zithromax and Rocephin 3-4 hours after possible exposure basically cure me that night if I did have gonorrhea or NCG? or have a really high probability of curing me if I was exposed? Or was medicating that night pointless?
