Do you think i could have contracted HIV or any other STDs

25 days ago i went to a brothel with a few friends that convinced me to go although i didnt want to. It was my first encounter with a prostitute and i was at that moment scared to contract a disease. I entered a room with a prostitute, took of my trousers and she put on the condom that i brought. She was trying to get me erect with her hand but i was still scared and had no interest in having sex. I inserted my penis once in her vagina with a condom without and erection and took it out 4 seconds later. I got up, took of the condom, and put on my trousers and left because 1)i was scared and 2)i was in no mood for sex, especially with a prostitite. After i went home and began searchign and i couldnt sleep due to how scared i was if i contracted HIV or such STDs, i had a bit of diarrhea the next day and for the next week i became depressed and had allot of stress and anxiety, i even felt butterflies in my stomach(like before saying a speech). And my stomach began growling, it has been growling ever since and i do not know if this could be related to HIV and i am extremely scared. Please tell me if i am in danger and if i should worry?
