Very Confused and Worried Please Help

A little over 6 months ago I had a sexual encounter with a girl unprotected I was so drunk I could not get a full erection and I may have been inside maybe for a second but then I just stopped. A few days later I started noticing a slight discomfort after urinating and ejaculation, also I felt the need to urinate more and sometimes I had difficulty emptying my bladder completly and sometimes there is a tingleing sensation on my penis head involved with these symptoms. I was in a relationship at the time so I have been really stressed about it ever since. I went to a GP three different times, I was tested for clamydia, and gonorhea after the first symptoms, they came back negative. After two months I went back retested for both plus herpes they all came back negative. The doctor treated me for urethritus and prostatitis but this did not seem to help at all. So I went to a Urologist he did a prostate exam and a urinalysis and said I was compleltly clean and that the pains were in my head. So I waited another three months symptoms are more mild and dont happen everyday but still there at times and are noticable especially after sex. So I went back to the urologist and he did another urinalysis and said I was completly clean. He said that if I had any kind of infection in the prostate or urethra that it would show in the urinalysis. I waited three hours to urinate prior to the appointment. He said there maybe something causing discomfort but categorically speaking its not an std. Another concern of mine is my girlfriend is now having some pain with sex, and I notice she seems to be urinating more, and has recently complained of what she thought was a yeast infection (2 months ago) I basically have a few questions:

1) Is my doctor accurate in saying that if I have an std of any kind that it would show up in my urinalysis because of white blood cells? (Obvisously not Herpes, or HVP or things of that nature)

2) Could there be an underlying condition that could cause the urinalysis to be inaccurate? Maybe Diabetes or something of that nature?

3) I take Famvir for cold sores somtimes could that effect the herpes test or maybe surpess genital herpes to the point where I only notice a tingle once and awhile?

4) Should I see a different doc?

Its mostly accurate, but if you've been treated for it, I don't know what else it could be.  Do you remember what meds you took?

I forgot to mention above that I was treated for trich the second time I saw my GP just as a precaution. However, I dont remember what prescription he gave me but I do remember that the symtoms did not stop even after several days of treatment. Is there such thing as trich that is resistant to prescriptions. Also why would my Urologist tell me that I would have white blood cells in urine if I had trich. Is that accurate?

You have had several negative std tests.  The only thing I can think of that they might have missed is trich, because its SO hard to find in men.  Your gf should be checked, and if she's positive, then you should also be treated.
