Very scared

Within the past 2 weeks, I have been having regular sex with a young 20 year old female. Although she is not necessarily a prostitute, she does come by quite often and asks for money to "get well". I am obviously assuming that she is using some type of drugs. She seems very clean and comes from a good family and insists that she only has 2 sex partners and that she never failed to use protection. Usually, we would meet up, I receive brief unprotected oral sex, have sex with a condom until I ejaculate. Then a few minutes later, I would receive unprotected oral sex again for a good 20 minutes. This has been going on for 3 weeks (4 times/week).
2 days ago, I started feeling a slight burn during urination and I notice a very tiny yellow stain in my underwear which seemed like a penile discharge. The general concensus seems like the risk of getting an STD through oral sex is very low. I didn't notice the condom breaking during sex but I am afraid that I got infected somehow.
Obviously my concern is that since the risk of getting anything orally are very slim, does that necessarily mean that I got something frthe intercourse even if I had a condom on? Please help!

Well when you find out you can let her know to get tested and treated if it is a STD.

She says she doen't have anything (don't everyone says that?). She still calls me repeatedly asking to meet up but as much as I want to, I am afraid to touch her. I hope it's just bacterial and not an actual STD. But that sporadic itch (especially after urinating) is making me nervous.

Yeah, if someone does have a STD there is no guarantee that it would be passed to you. What you could have going on is irritation or something else that might be bacterial. So no guarantee that this is STD related.

Thanks for the replies. I know there is no way of knowing until I actually get tested but based on my account, is there any way that I didn't catch anything?

NGU or gonorrhea would be my guess if it is a STD.

I am not feeling any pain anymore but it does itch a bit when urinating. I will get tested in a couple of days but do you know what I may have caught?

Chances are better that you got something from oral and not protected sex.
