What could this be?

Alright im 17 i have had sex once and i was 3-6 weeks ago. yesterday i noticed small red bumps on my upper inner thigh, one below my belly button, one on the right side of the hip one, only in the middle of the pubic area(this one is a bit painful and tough), and one and the head of my penis on the left side. These bumps are small and red (except for the one in the middle of my pubic area), they look kind of like zits but cant be popped easily. Im an athlete i do a lot of running that involves climbing so the middle part of that area is vulnerable to rubbing when trying to get up on top of something. also within the past week i was in tall grass for extended periods of time shooting a beebee gun. i have popped one and what comes out looks kind of what would come out of a blackhead or its just whitish/yellowish. im really freeing out. ima set up an appointment for a physical to my doctor and then ask him if he can check that as well(so my parents dont really find out if it is nothing)

I also forgot to mention that i have also had revived oral sex as well. She was a really clean person and she would have told me if she had anything. She didnt have any bumps eaither.

This sounds nothing related to a STD based on where these bumps show up. Notsure what it could be, my guess...irritation.
