What is it?

I am only fourteen, soon to be fifteen and I have never had sex before. I have these little bumps smaller than a millimeter under the hairline in my genital area. They do not itch, burn when I urinate, or bother me. I noticed them not more than two weeks ago and was wondering what they are. Like I said, I am still a virgin, but I have masterbated a few times. I don't know how to tell my mom and I am worried that it is an STD and wantto see a doctor but don't know how to tell my mom. I am very scared that it is something, but I really hope it is nothing. The bumps are skin coloured and aren't touching the thing that urinates.

This has nothing to do with a STD if you have never had sex.

Usually the ages 14-15 sexual maturation is occuring, these bumps could simply be signs of unused hair follicles around the vagina. Masturbating will have no effect on the development of these bumps unless bacteria was introduced to the vagina via sex toy, or fingers. But if you say these bumps do not itch, burn, or ooze. It would be my assumption that this is nothing to fret over.
