What is the risk of STD/STI after receiving unprotected blowjob?

I am a 34 year old male. Last tested for STD's in October and all was clear. 3 weeks ago, I received an unprotected blowjob from an escort. I have had no symptoms until this last week. My only symptom is an ache in my testicles that comes and goes. I'm not noticing any swelling or any other symptoms. Just an aching that radiates to my groin and lower abdomen.

To complicate things, I have dealt with recurring prostatitis for years, so this could easily be a flare up. Also, in the same timeframe (past few weeks), I've been taking Lecithin, Zinc, and L-Arginine daily to help increase my semen volume (simply for fun).  I'm curious if maybe the supplements are causing the aching.

I would like to go get tested today, but I happen to be on day 3 of a Doxycycline prescription for a sinus infection. I am worried any Chlamydia/Gonorrhea test will show negative due to the antibiotics.

What are my risks of actually contracting an STD from the encounter? And since I have no other symptoms but the occasional aching testicles/groin, is it more likely that this is not STD-related?
