What kind of STD can be

I am 40 years male. I did unprotected encounter with my one of gf 9 months ago. After 23 days of the encounter i did vdrl test came negative. And i did a hiv test of my gf after 44 days was negative. After 4 months of the encounter i feel sudden weak. Crampy pain in my stomach. Feel nausea, gas, little sore throat. Saw a gl doctor and did endoscopy. There was a red scratch in my stomach. And ultrasound found little fatty liver.  Doctor gave gastro medicine. That time i fully releved after 20 days suffering. Then after 4 months again i feel nausea, weaknesses, gas, bowl change, some time constipation, crampy abdominal pain, little thick one lymphnode. Gl said it is ibs. After sex with my wife she started same problem. I took gastric medicine as prescribed. My wife start discharge milky white liquid. She has body pain, sore throat also. She also changed her bowl movement. What can is ?
