Worried and Need Advice

Hi Doc I am 31 male, last June 23 i received an oral sex to a therapist and i feel dull pain in my tube after this make me worried a lot this is my first time and because of my stupidy i am now worried if i am infected by HIV. I already taken some testing after 15 days syphilis, hsbag and anti-hsv and all negative. But my urinalysis results has found high in RBC and Specific Gravity. Do I infected by HIV or what STD this high in RBC caused? I am now really worried this is my first time i have oral sex with other women.

the risk of a std from oral sex is very low in general. all your testing was done too early if you are really concerned about std's from this.

a high specific gravity means you are dehydrated. red cells in your urine can be irritation as well as infection.

there was no reason to test for hiv from this in the first place. No reason for more testing for hiv.

no reason to think you contracted herpes from this encounter either.

You do not have a risk for HIV from oral sex.
