Desperate for some insight please!! think I contracted herpes or another STD
Desperate for some insight to what I have going on it's going on day 11 it started out with my testicles feeling like they were on fire and then a couple days later I was woke up in the middle of the night with the shaft of my penis which felt like it was on fire now it itches really bad as if it was like a mosquito bite there's no bumps or discharge but at times that actually feels like something's crawling on my penis scared to death that it's an STD it's just so confusing cuz I look for symptoms and they all don't match I've noticed when I soak in a hot bath warm water seems to irritate it as well there is no burning when I urinate or anything like that but there is definitely something going on thanks in advance to anybody that can help

Thank you Life360_Dave quik question the itching was on the top side of my penis now it itches on the bottom side not the top can a fungal infection move?
