do i have herpes?

I shave my genital area and since about last year, 1-3 bumps started to appear on the left and right side of my scrotum periodically.  They are reddish-brown n color. Just recently, maybe a couple of weeks ago, I'd start feeling burning and uncomfortable pains in my penis but there would be no discharge. I also have noticed on unfamiliar odor coming from my genitals and I have to pee quite often. What could this possibly be? Do I have herpes?

The bumps would be on your dick u can have more then one blister some times I'd get checked out if or when u get them again go to the doctors they can do a swob or blood test which ever one. It burns when I pee .. the blisters will be blistering n puss coming down if u dont get treeted right away for it and it hurts sometimes to walk in what area it's in I know it hurts me.U can even get it on ur skin and but it comes and goes the out breaks comes every month for me
