1. Probably not
2. I don't know I can't really question a Dr who examined you
3. Don't know
In males there is no real test for warts other then visual exam and sometimes a biopsy of the area. It might be in your best interest to see another Dr if you still have the bumps but it seems like you don't so it might be a waste of $ if you do with no symptoms.
If I were you, I would go to a urologist, not a dermatologist. A urologist is more familiar with STD's due to their line of work. They will have all the current information. Hopefully the cautoriztion won't hinde the urologists findings, but I'm sure he will order a full blood work up. Let us know how you are doing.
Good luck,

there are not any commercially available tests for hpv. no symptoms that can be biopsied and sent to the pathology lab, no way to know if this was hpv or not.
A dermatologist was the best place to be seen.

In answer to your third question "Do I have anything else?" ,this is why I suggested that your doctor would most likely do a full blood std panel. If you were diagnosed with an STD, it is best to make sure that you do not have any others, if for nothing other than piece of mind. Best of luck to you,
