Help me please!

4 weeks ago I had a strange vaginal discharge and vaginal itching. When I got tested the results sad it was trichomonas. This was strange because I've been married for 6 months and me and my husband are togeither for over a year, and i never cheated on my husband. It's also impossible that i had it before, because I have been tested 2 times for STD's this last year. The last test was about 14 weeks ago, I only had this test because I had abnormal menstruation and I wanted to be shure, and it was clean I had no STD's.

So when the Docter told me I had Trich, it caused a lot of problems in my relationship. Because the fact is that i never had this or any std before and I did not cheat on my husband, I assumed he did cheated on me.

Before we started our medication my husband also got tested, and his result was negative he did have mycroplasm like urealyticum but no trichomonas.

So now I want to know how did I get it??

Please help me!

thank's

Trich is the one infection you can pick up from used towels, hot tubs, and maybe toilet seats.  Also, it is not easy to detect trich in men.  But there really is no way to figure out how you got it.
