irritation on my genitals

ok so i have like red irritation on my genitals. i think its a reaction due to soap or lotion. basicly it was worst when i woke up this morning (i showered the nite before) and i had 4 or so red spots on my scrotum. it was itchy but it died down, but now theres a red patch on my tip, but its not itchy. its only been a day. oh and the last think is that i have no history of any std there was only one person that i could have got something from because the condom broke, but that was 9 months ago, so it doesnt seem like this would be the right time for a first outbreak. It also may be from a fungus maybe idk. anyway im going to get tested tomorrow but its important to me to know, especally because i dont want to give it to my girlfriend. so any help would be great thanks.

See no reason to get tested based on symptoms, see a Dr for a visual exam. Highly doubt that this is a STD. But test because of the broken condom.

Well you need to see  your doctor before the spots go away, they will be able to diagnose you.. Also, not every one will have an outbreak after an exposure so its better to be safe then sorry get tested
